What do I do if I get a violation?
Read the violation carefully. There are specific timelines as to when a violation needs to be corrected. Some violations will need to be corrected within 3 days while others will need to be corrected within 30 days. As long as an effort is made to bring the property into compliance the ACC will work with the homeowner, but the timelines set forth by the ACC and the Board are very specific and fines can be levied if the homeowner fails to make an effort to bring the property into compliance. The best thing to do when you get a violation is respond to the office and make an effort to correct the violation.
