We are a small community in Broomfield Colorado consisting of 502 single family homes and 47 townhomes. We have multiple amenities for homeowner enjoyment, including a 9 hole par 3 golf course, a swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pit, vollyball court, and of course a clubhouse!

Greenway Park became a homeowners association, and was incorporated as such on May 24th, 1972. Our first Board of Directors at the time consisted of only three members, Martin T. Hart, Eric Berg and Walter Kirch. These were the people who originally founded the association that we all live in today. Many other directors have come and gone since then, but we all are grateful to the past directors for the impact they have made, and the time that they have devoted to the community to make it what it is today.

Today the Board of Directors consists of five members who are here to work for the community in a volunteer capacity. No director receives any compensation for any services provided to the association. The Board of Directors serve for 2 year staggered terms. On even numbered years 3 members are elected and on odd numbered years 2 members are elected. Officers are elected by the entire board on a yearly basis.
